What information do I need to provide with my online order?
The Doctors will need certain information from you in order to prescribe safely. This includes your medical history, proof of photo ID and proof of your weight and blood pressure. We have a number of channels for you to submit this information and the Patient Services team are here to help.
What is medical weight loss?
This medication should be taken alongside a healthy, balanced diet and exercise for an effective, long-term weight loss solution.
Are weight loss injections and medication safe, and do they work?
Some medications suppress or reduce your appetite (not completely take it away), whereas others can limit the amount of fat absorbed by the body. How do the appiontments work?
All our appointments are via a secure Zoom link. Your appointment will be conducted by one of our GMC-registered Doctors. They will ask you about your medical history, your weight loss and health goals so they can build a bespoke programme for you. This will be built on weight loss medication, diet, movement and mindset.

I had been unhappy for a number of years and had tried and failed at dieting a few times. My weight reached 14st 10lbs and I realised I had to do something about it.
